Oakland Middle School Golf League

Founded and operated by Drive4Change, Inc., the Oakland Middle School Golf League (OMSGL) gives Oakland middle school students structured practice, match play, and a pathway to high school golf.

The league grew from Drive4Change’s multi-year youth golf work at Ile Omode School and its Field Trips Reimagined series. That work introduced students to the course and inspired a team-based league. Drive4Change organized OMSGL’s inaugural season in spring 2025.

OMSGL is a Drive4Change program. It has no organizational affiliation, partnership, or shared operation with Ace Kids Golf, The Pinkney Foundation, or Preston Pinkney.
